The renovation process included merging and splitting, when necessary, of previous apartments in order to create sufficient space for each house, as well as improvement of plumbing and technical facilities. After all these renovation works, Guest House Rentals took over the total refurbishment in kitchen and bathrooms and the whole decoration of each house of the Bay Bees Sea View Suites & Homes with modern furniture and domestic appliances, always with respect to the traditional Mykonian architecture. Housekeeping equipment has been added as well and last but not least, fire protection system has been established according to safety regulations.

Apart from the obvious benefits for the property, this lodging transformation has also sufficiently increased its value.

Further to the previous lodging adaptations, Guest House Rentals along with sister company Hostlab Ltd, took over the whole online presentation by creating the official website of the property, based on latest trends, and its registration in several Internet Distribution Systems (IDS), such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, leading to the creation of a powerful brand. Of course, social media (Facebook, Instagram & Google account pages) could not be omitted from our online presentation tools. In each case, a professional photo shooting has been conducted with emphasis to highlight the unique identity of the property so as to be distributed to the Internet sources above.

Following to all these, we have managed to create recognized brand with more than 90% seasonal occupation and high online reputation and awards in several channels; Certificate of Excellence in Tripadvisor, Guest Review Awards in Booking.com (from no reputation to 9.6) and Superhost in Airbnb.
