Guest House Rentals along with sister company Hostlab Ltd, took over the whole online presentation by creating the official website of the property (under construction), based on latest trends, and its registration in several Internet Distribution Systems (IDS), such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Homeaway, Holiday Lettings,  leading to the creation of a powerful brand. Of course, social media (Facebook, Instagram & Google account pages) could not be omitted from our online presentation tools. In each case, a professional photo shooting has been conducted with emphasis to highlight the unique identity of the property so as to be distributed to the Internet sources above.

A manual of operation has been edited as well, to ensure the smooth operation of the property, according to our own philosophy and to investigate guests’ post stay satisfaction.

Additionally to all previous actions, Guest House Rentals has made an investing business plan after the very successful 1^st year of Sinium Luxury Villa’s operation;  a funding plan so as the owner will be able to build another identical villa, meeting all requirements for another successful project that Guest House Rentals & Hostlab Ltd. will take over, too.
