Internal decoration of the house, maintenance and improvement works for both facilities and equipment have been applied while the fire protection system has been established according to safety restrictions. Last but not least, a new cesspit has been built in order to meet all the hygiene requirements.

Further to the previous lodging adaptations, Guest House Rentals along with sister company Hostlab Ltd, took over the whole online presentation by creating the official website of the Zenstone House, based on latest trends, and its registration in several Internet Distribution Systems (IDS), such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Homeaway, Holiday Lettings, leading to the creation of a powerful brand. Of course, social media (Facebook, Instagram & Google account pages) could not be omitted from our online presentation tools. In each case, a professional photo shooting has been conducted with emphasis to highlight the unique identity of the property so as to be distributed to the Internet sources above.

Apart from the obvious benefits for the property, this lodging transformation has also sufficiently increased its value.

Following to all these, we have managed to create recognized brand with more than 90% seasonal occupation and high online reputation and awards in several channels; Certificate of Excellence in Tripadvisor, Guest Review Awards in Booking.com (from no reputation to 9.4) and Superhost in Airbnb.
